This policy explains how PawPointers handles personal and billing-related information.
Payment Data
- Card details are collected and processed by Stripe.
- We do not store full card numbers or CVC in our application database.
- We store limited billing metadata (for example subscription status and invoice references).
Trial and Billing Notices
- For paid merchant plans, a valid payment method is required at signup.
- The trial period is 7 days, with no charge during the trial.
- The first payment is attempted when the trial ends unless canceled before that time.
- If payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and may send reminder notices. Accounts can be downgraded to Starter Paw if retries are exhausted.
