Merchant Billing Terms

• Paid merchant plans require a valid payment method during signup.
• A 7-day free trial applies to eligible paid plans unless otherwise stated.
• No charge is made during the trial period.
• The first charge is processed automatically when the trial ends unless canceled beforehand.
• If payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and may send reminder emails. If retries are exhausted, the merchant account is downgraded to Starter Paw.
• Cancel before trial end to avoid any charge.
